Juve close to signing Inter's Hernanes

Juventus are on the verge of securing the services of Inter Milanmidfielder Hernanesaccording to Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Old Lady have been weighing up a move for the Brazilian over the last few days and are finally prepared to lodge a bid, believed to be in the region of €11million, given Julian Draxler's move to VfL Wolfsburg is seemingly imminent.
Juventus had been chasing the German's signature for most of the summer, but were reportedly reluctant to meet Schalke's asking price.
Eder of Sampdoria, who has netted four goals in two games, has been mooted as a possible replacement for Hernanes, after the Italian netted twice against Napoli on Sunday evening to take his goal tally up to four in two outings.

Allegri seeking a trequartista

Having outlined his ambitions to acquire an attacking midfielder in pre-season, Juve now appear set to meet Inter's valuation for the ex-Lazio midfielder.
The Old Lady had sought Draxler all summer only for the German international to snub the Italian giants and join Dieter Hecking's men, shortly after Kevin de Bruyne's lucrative switch to Manchester City was confirmed.
Franco Vazquez of Palermo was also a possibility, but Allegri is seemingly keen on luring Hernanes to Turin after the midfielder enjoyed an impressive end to last season in Inter colours.

A turbulent spell in Milan

Having arrived in Milan for €20million in January of 2014, many had tipped the Brazilian for big things under the tutelage of Walter Mazzarri
Hernanes failed to adjust to life in Milan and was soon marginalised in Mazzarri's set-up, being reduced to cameo roles even afterRoberto Mancini was announced as his successor.
Hernanes, though, enjoyed a stellar end to last term, scoring twice in a famous victory over Lazio in Rome and impressing at the tip of Mancini's midfield diamond. The Brazilian is set to undergo his medical at Juventus before tomorrow.
